Bu durum yayg\u0131n \u015fekilde hem ortaklar aras\u0131nda ihtilafa hem de aile i\u00e7inde nesil \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n net olarak belirlenmemesi<\/strong>: Ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hangi i\u015fi, b\u00f6lgeyi, konuyu ve s\u00fcreyi kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda net bir tan\u0131m\u0131n olmamas\u0131. Ortaklar mevcut ortakl\u0131ktan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kendi ya da aile fertleri \u00fczerinden yeni i\u015f veya ortakl\u0131klara girebilecek midir? Ancak ortaklar \u015firketin b\u00fcy\u00fcme modeli \u00fczerinde ba\u015ftan genellikle konu\u015fmazlar. \u00c7o\u011funlukla b\u00fcy\u00fcrken karar verilir.
